Location was Wheat Ridge, a northern suburb of Denver.
What was most interesting to me was that it was in the parking lot of a shopping center, which housed a Ross Dress for Less and a Big Lots. (Refer to Kara's post from last summer about Big Lots and local food...)
We arrived at 2...it runs from 10-3, or sellout. There were three produce vendors among probably 15-20 booths. One was a producer who had vegetables, another producer with fruit, and an obvious reseller of produce.
Didn't see any eggs or dairy, but there was chicken, beef, lamb, etc from local producers. We have enough meat in the freezer (yes, there's 0.5 cu ft of freezer space in the Airstream), so we stuck with produce.
Oh and a couple of other treats...fresh salsa, tortillas, and dried pasta. It's really nice to have such easy foods on hand for when you arrive at a campground after a day-long haul across the country.
