Time for Tacos!

Really missing our taco trucks in Charlotte. Fortunately, we made it to Colorado, where we seem to have a higher population of latino folks. This means GOOD FOOD!

Found this lovely Mexican Fast Food spot open 24 hours in Grand Junction CO.

Couldn't believe the size of the vats at the salsa bar. And the tacos were pretty big, too!

We realized that perhaps we should have gotten them for eat-in rather than to-go.  But the truck didn't have the smell of recently cleaned restaurant, so we just sat in the parking lot and devoured!
