Pasquini's Pizzeria

Denver Colorado has embraced local food.  Even a typical neighborhood pizza joint boasts local beers, locally milled organic flour, and Haystack Mountain goat cheese. 
Upon inquiry, the waitress shared that the founder recently bought out the last owner and has established precedent fir doing more local and organic ingredients.  She shared that the meats are cured down the street at a local charcuterie.
